This website is operated by SUMI B.V. The purpose of this website is to offer our users an impression of the Amsterdam Beach Hotel and to be able to book our hotel accommodation online. Although we make every effort to ensure that all information available on this website is accurate, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete and error-free, nor can we be held responsible for missing or unsent information.
Privacy
The Amsterdam Beach Hotel uses high ethical standards and respects your privacy. Under no circumstances will we give your personal information to third parties. For further information, please refer to our privacy policy.
Credit card guarantee
The Amsterdam Beach Hotel requires credit card details to guarantee your reservation. The credit card you use must be your own or must be legally authorized by the owner. Your credit card information will be sent directly to the Amsterdam Beach Hotel. When you make a reservation, you automatically enter into an agreement with the Amsterdam Beach Hotel. We will not charge your credit card, as you can pay for your stay during check-in at the hotel. This does not apply to a non-refundable reservation. With this type of reservation your credit card will be charged immediately after making the reservation. The rates mentioned in this website are always per room per night including breakfast and V.A.T. and excluding € 3,30 p.p. city tax, unless stated otherwise.
You can rest assured that we take our responsibility with regard to your credit card information very seriously. We use industry standard "Secure Socket Layer (SSL)" technology to encrypt your credit card details. As a result, we can guarantee that every transaction made is 100% secure and we will refund the first €50.00 in case of misuse due to the Amsterdam Beach Hotel. The credit card company is obliged to pay the remaining part.
Cancellation
Please follow the instructions in the "Cancel" menu of this website in case you need to cancel your stay for a booked room with a flexible rate. Please note that this cancellation policy does not apply if you have booked a room with a non-refundable rate. If you cancel within the hotel's cancellation policy, the cancellation is free of charge. We recommend that you read the hotel's cancellation policy carefully:
Cancellation policy: Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 48 hours prior to the day of arrival. Please note that the day of arrival starts at 0.00 am local time. In case of No Show or late cancellation, the first night will be charged. The hotel will hold your room reservation until 7:00 am on the day after your scheduled arrival.
